Power Yachts in Bottles:

Though sailing vessels have always been traditionally put in bottles, I also enjoy the complexity in building power boats of all different sizes and types in bottles. These boats and ships are built in numerous pieces to pass through the neck of the bottle and then reassembled inside.

Riva Aquarama 1970:

The Riva Aquarama was the most famous of Carlos Riva's design, and its speed and beauty earned its title as the Ferrari of the boating world. This particular model is the 1970 version and has been built at a scale of 1:87. The hull is hand carved solid wood, veneered in mahogany. The boat was built in four sections to pass through the neck of the bottle and then reassembled inside.

The bottle for the Riva is a completely clear, blown bottle with no imperfections or seam lines allowing the viewer to have an unobstructed view of the model.

This power boat in bottle was built on special request for the owners. On board are two small personas enjoying cocktails in the rear of the cockpit. It is a unique build, and proved difficult to fabricate, having been built in multiple pieces that had to pass through the very narrow opening of the bottle.

This is an absolutely adorable runabout (mark unknown) built on special request for the owner. The scene depicts the father at the helm with his wife and three children enjoying the ride.

Svalan:

The "Svalan" was a one step hydroplane boat, designed by Ruben Ostlund for Ivar Kreuger, and built by Lidingo shipyard in 1928. She had the capability of reaching a max speed of 52.3 knots.
